Chilli Meatballs
Ingredients
500g mixed mince meat
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp cornflour
3 mushrooms finely chopped
1 red chilli diced
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
150g canned bamboo shoots finely chopped
1 bottle chilli sauce
salt and pepper
Method
` mix the mince with the coriander, sugar, salt and pepper. then mix in the cornflour and egg.
2 add the mushrooms, garlic and chilli and bamboo shoots to the mixture knead in well an the shape into small balls
3 put the meatballs onto skewers and barbecue them for about 12 minutes until cooked on all sides. then arrange them on the chilli sauce garnish and serve
