Coleslaw
Ingredients
150 ml low fat mayonnaise
150 ml low fat yogurt
Dash of tabasco sauce
1 medium white cabbage
4 carrots
1 green pepper
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Salt and pepper
Method
1 make the dressing combine the mayo, yogurt, tabasco sauce and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl. Then leave to chill until needed
2 cut the centre stalk out of the cabbage the shred the cabbage finely wash and dry the leaves. now peel the carrots and shred them best to grate them with a very coarse grater. Cut the pepper and deseed it then cut into very thin strips. Now combine them in a large bol tossing them to mix them pour over the dressing and toss until all coated and chill until needed.
