Colourful kebabs
Ingredients
1 red pepper deseeded
1 yellow pepper deseeded
1 green pepper deseeded
1 small onion
8 cherry tomatoes
100 gr mushrooms
Seasoned oil
6 tbsp oilive oil
1 crushed garlic clove
½ tsp mixed dried herbs
Method
1 cut the peppers into 1 inch pieces. Peel the onion and cut it into wedges thread the pepper pieces, onion wedges, tomatoes and the mushrooms on to skewers mixing the colours up
2 make the seasoned oil by mixing together the olive oil, garlic and herbs then brush the mixture over the whole of the kebabs coating them well.
3 barbecue the kebabs for 10 to 15 minutes brushing with the oil and turning them frequently. Serve right away while hot
