Pumpkin Ginger Dip

Ingredients

100g pumpkin, can be fresh or from a jar
1 piece of ginger root
200g cream cheese
3 tbsp buttermilk
1 tbsp sherry vinegar
salt and pepper
1 tbsp chopped chives

Method

1 dice the pumpkin finely, peel and grate the ginger
2 stir the cream cheese with the buttermilk until smooth then fold in the pumpkin and ginger then spice the dip with the sherry vinegar salt and pepper and serve it garnished with the dill
