Red wine marinade
Ingredients
300ml dry red wine
90ml oilive oil
2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
1 tsp crushed bay leaves
1 tsp dried or fresh thyme
1/2tsp dried oregano
2 sliced shallots
1 tsp crushed black peppercorns
Method
1 mix all the ingredients together well and use to marinade
can be used with beef or lamb, you could use white wine and use for chicken and fish
