Sticky Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
10 chicken drumsticks
4 tbsp fine orange marmalade
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
grated rind and juice of 1/2 orange
cherry tomatoes
salad leaves
Method
1 make 2 or 3 cuts in each of the drumsticks
2 bring alarge pan of water to the boil and then add the chicken cover and cook for 10 minutes then remove the chicken and drain
3 while the chicken is cooking make the baste put the marmalade, worcestershire sauce, orange rind and juice into a small pan heat it gently stirring all the time until the marmalade has melted and all are well mixed
4 brush the drumsticks with the mixture and barbecue for about 10 minutes turning and basteing all the time until cooked
5 put some cherry tomatoes onto a skewer and barbecue for a couple of minutes then serve with the salad leaves
