Sticky ginger chicken wings

Ingredients

2 garlic cloves
1 piece of stem ginger in syrup
1 tsp coriander seeds
2 tbsp stem ginger syrup
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sesame oil
12 chicken wings
Lime wedges and coriander leaves to garnish

Method

1 roughly chop the garlic and ginger then crush the garlic , gingerand coriander seeds to a paste gradually work in the ginger syrup soy sauce ,lime juice and sesame oil
2 tuck the pointed tip of each chicken wing under the thicker end of the wing to make a wedge shape and place in a large bowl. Then add the garlic and ginger paste to the bowl and toss the chicken wings in the mixture to coat them evenly cove and leave in the fridge to marinade overnight.
3 put the chicken wings inone layer on a foil covered rack and barbecue for 12 to 15 minutes turn them occaisionally until golden and well cooked then serve garnished with the coriander leaves and lime wedges
