Tandoori Prawns
Ingredients
24 large prawns
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1/3 cup chopped coriander
2 tbsp chopped mint
1 tbsp fresh ginger
2 crushed cloves of garlic
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp garam masala
red food colouring
2 lemons cut into wedges
Method
1 shell and devein the prawns leaving the tail on rinse and dry
2 mix the yoghurt, fresh coriande, mint together then pour on the prawns and leave
3 mix together all the remaining ingredients and use to marinade the prawns in leave for about 20 minutes
4 put the prawns onto skewers and grill for about 5 minutes turning so they cook evenly serve with the lemon wedges
